Shipping Policy
Customers will be informed about the shipping charges at the time of final checkout before making the transaction while placing an order.
You will receive an email with delivery confirmation and a tracking ID once your order has been received and confirmed. Most items are typically shipped out within 2–3 business days. However, there might be slight delays in case of logistical issues or delays from the courier partner. These issues will be promptly resolved as soon as they are identified by the Samarth Wellness team.

The expected arrival time of an order may vary from state to state. Our team works on all days except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delivery may be delayed in the event of a strike, lockdown-like situation, or any unexpected logistical problem.
Due to high volumes of orders, deliveries may occasionally be delayed. We aim to dispatch all orders from our end within 7 days of the order date. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
We take great care in packaging and shipping all our products. Items are securely packed, with each product wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items such as bottles are provided with extra protection.
Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or damaged. Kindly return it immediately, and Samarth Wellness will ensure a replacement is sent to you.
Orders placed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday, or on holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify our customer support team by calling +91 8585852744 or emailing us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification. Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and provide an official update within 48–72 hours of the complaint being raised.
Samarth Wellness is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery. We are also not liable for any misplacement or mishandling of products once they have been delivered.
We reserve the right to pause or restrict deliveries to any part of the country at any time without prior notice.
Track Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered mobile number and/or email ID. You can use these details to track your package. Order status can be tracked within 24 hours of dispatch.
